Cooshee Training delivers professional learning for colleges, organisations, voluntary groups, and individuals. Topics range across IT, management, AI enablement, conflict management, negotiation, communication skills, leadership development, and more: shaped to what your people and your context actually need.
Training is delivered in-person at your site or online, in whatever format works best. That can mean a focused half-day workshop, a full-day or weekend programme, a residential event, or a structured series of sessions running over several months. We adapt the shape and depth of the engagement to the group.
Most training delivered through colleges and institutions is accredited by the contracting body. For organisations and voluntary groups, we work with you to agree the right outcome framework, whether that is formally assessed, certificate-based, or practical and applied.
As a Social Enterprise, Cooshee already delivers training to voluntary organisations and community groups through Cooshee 4U, sometimes at no cost. If you represent a VO, a community group, or a small team that could benefit but would not normally be able to access this level of professional development, we want to hear from you.
